**What the charity does:** The Scottish Bridge Union is dedicated to the development of the mindsport of bridge within Scotland and beyond. The Scottish Bridge Union aims to help improve mental health and social welfare within the wider community through education, participation, and social interaction playing bridge.  We organise activities for players at all levels, so whether you are new to bridge or a seasoned competitor, the Scottish Bridge Union aims to provide something for everyone. We provide educational opportunities, including for children and young people, to help them understand and enjoy the game.

**Objectives:** 4.1 To promote, protect and support, the development of the sport of bridge within Scotland and internationally   4.2 To organise recreational activities which relate to the promotion, learning, teaching and playing of bridge  4.3 To provide educational opportunities for all, including children, young persons and adults in full time education, to assist their development and understanding of the game.   4.4 To help improve the mental health and social welfare of Scottish residents through education, participation and social interaction playing bridge.
