APPENDIX 1

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period

We continue to work with local and international partners. Occasional partners, collaborators and support have been gained from- The Annexe, Partick, Scotland; the ARC, University of Glasgow; Glasgow City Council; GOMA, Scotland; Glass Art Society; The Healing Arts Festival (Glasgow projects); The Trades House of Glasgow, Glasgow Sculpture Studios & assorted independent international artists. In 2024-25 we continued to employ freelance staff for specific tasks. We worked with Glasgow University to provide free workshops for children as part of Spring Fling 2025. In 2025, we were commissioned by Green Cycle, a sustainable & recycling specialist charity to produce a sculpture to highlight the high rate of waste materials from endoscopic medical procedures, we also included waste materials from Glasgow Sculpture Studios. We are continuing to build a dedicated inspirational creative space on the west coast of Scotland, but with limited funding, this is a slow process. We are developing the Healy Artist Collective- a group of artists that we can call upon for large-scale projects. An example of a large-scale community project that we continue to work on - ‘Dancing Wave- Longest Mural in Glasgow’. This mural has elements that can be animated with augmented Reality (AI) using an app and QR code. This blend of traditional painting skills with cutting-edge technology is an exciting avenue to keep traditional skills relevant in contemporary society. We are continuing to fundraise with fundraising events. We are establishing links with local area partnerships. Our stained glass artwork created at GOMA continues to be exhibited there in the common space. It is important to us that we are open to a diverse group of participants and to offer opportunities to all. We continue to update our website and social media and send out an occasional Mail Chimp newsletter.
