The charitable purpose is as follows the advancement of citizenship or community development the advancement of the arts, heritage or Science the advancement of environmental protection or improvement The charity operates within the community of Fort, Seafield and Wallacetown in Ayr The current activities that deliver its purpose are. 1 - Wallacetown Community Energy Project The charity secured grant funding for the provision of solar energy at 3 public sites working in collaboration with the local authority and local community. The installation phase of the project was completed on 29 August 2025. During the next 12 months the project will begin to generate revenue to fund a Community Benefit Fund. which will fund a variety of Community led projects. 2 - Community Engagement The charity is actively engaged with others in the community on a range of issues such as the environmental Impact of short term lets and the development of the Ayr Esplanade & South Harbour area

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of Community Development within the Community of Fort, Seafield and Wallacetown. 4.2 The provision, maintenance and upgrade of recreational facilities, including the organisation of recreational activities, with the purpose of improving the conditions of life for the Community. 4.3 The advancement of Art, Heritage, Culture, Science and Technology within the Community. 4.4 The reduction of the Community's carbon footprint and environmental impact.
