Objectives: The objects of the company are, for the benefit of the public in Scotland and elsewhere to advance health, by providing non-medical relief and support for those affected by cancer. These are its charitable purposes of Section 7 of the 2005 Act. For as long as the company is entered on the Scottish Charity Register, its purposes may only be altered with the prior consent of OSCR and in accordance with any conditions attached to such consent.
