| community hub inDundee. | |
| This hub aims to offer a safe, inclusive, andwelcoming spacewhere | |
| local individuals, groups, and services can gather and operate atno | |
| cost—provided their initiatives alignwith theneeds ofthe local | |
| community, as outlined in the Local Community Plan. |

| Summary ofthe main activities | We have established ourselves as the primary support centre for a local |
| in relation to these objects | residents group offering the facility at no cost in alinement with our |
| charitable mission. This has created a consistent safe environmentwhere | |
| disadvantaged families can gather, socialise and enjoy meals together. | |
| Local children have enjoyed Easter, Halloween and Christmas parties, as | |
| well as a Christmas fayre full of activities. | |
| We have provided warm clothing and household items to local residents in | |
| need. |
