Constitution
The Charity is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (a SCIO). It was registered in its current legal form on 31 March 2021. It has a single tier structure and as such the trustees are the members of the charity.
Appointment of trustees
The management committee, which meets remotely once per quarter, are the charity’s trustees.
Trustees are elected at the annual general meeting. Up to two trustees may be co-opted. Up to one trustee may be appointed under clause 63A of the constitution. There must be a minimum of four and a maximum of nine trustees.
Objectives and Activities
Charitable purposes
To further the advancement of the education of young people aged 12-25 who live, work, or study within the boundaries of Glasgow City Council by providing a platform for the sharing of ideas that will enhance the lives of Glasgow’s young people, and for democratic representation and participation.
To further the advancement of citizenship and community development amongst young people aged 12-25 that live, work, or study within the boundaries of Glasgow City Council by providing a platform for young people’s civic engagement, as well as a platform that will enable young people to give back to their local communities.
Activities
The charity has been inactive since foundation and has not embarked on any activities.
Plans for future period
The Board of Trustees have voted to submit dissolution papers to OSCR in due course as a result of not being able to commit the time necessary to develop and launch the organisation.

There has been to income or outgoings since foundation . The balance sheet remains at £0.00
