'the advancement of public participation in sport'

Sport: Glasgow Saints carries out structured football training sessions and football fitness sessions four nights a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) for over 120 men, women and non-binary players. Competitive squads play match fixtures on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Players who can afford to contribute to pitch costs do so by way of monthly sub or donation into the Charity's account. This model has been instrumental in Glasgow Saints becoming fully self-sufficient. Payments are however not mandated, they are voluntary, and any player on low or no income is not expected to contribute, either to these costs or that of other training outgoings. Glasgow Saints subsidies any shortfall in football finances with external sponsorship and merchandise sales, allowing for the club to welcome players regardless of their financial standing. Community: Glasgow Saints in the Community is also an extremely important faction of our organisation.

Objectives: Purposes 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of public participation in the sport of football.
