Activities

'the prevention or relief of poverty','the advancement of health','the advancement of citizenship or community development','the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage'

Our charity is dedicated to support people affected by homelessness and extreme poverty, we support the most vulnerable people of Glasgow. Our support consists of our pop up soup kitchen in Glasgow city centre twice weekly where we hand out hot meals, sandwiches, clothes, toiletries, sleeping bags, teas & coffees and most importantly the human interaction. We also operate our food bank from London Rd 3 times per week. We spend time getting to know our service users and by speaking with them, we find out the best ways to offer support. We have our community café in Cadder, where we pay a meal forward so our service users can come and get a hot meal in a lovely warm, safe environment and socialise with our volunteers and others. We also offer free cooking classes, well being courses to help with addiction and wellbeing. We have a gym and offer fitness classes, we have a bike lending library for children whose parents can't afford a bike and we offer much more support too.
