**What the charity does:** The Paristamen Charity is a small grant-making charity. All grants are made to other UK charities: mostly Scottish. Some grants are specifically for Christian work but the majority of grants are not faith-based.  We typically award around 50-60 grants per year, mostly unrestricted. **Objectives:** The objects of the Charity are:  3.1 the advancement of the Christian faith. and 3.2  to further such other purposes which may be charitable according to the law of Scotland which are not inconsistent with 3.1. PROVIDED that nothing in this Constitution shall authorise the application of property or funds of the Charity for any purpose unless that purpose is exclusively charitable both under Scottish charity law and under tax legislation as applicable in Scotland.
