improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom
the facilities or activities are primarily intended

Trustee recruitment and appointment
The Foundation has been dormant because of the Covid Epidemic. It
hopes to commence activities in late 2024.

Achievements and perfomiance
During the period the Trustees continued to maintain contact with
van'ous interested parties with a view to commencing activities in late
2024.

Statement of the charity's policy on reseNes
The foundation would hope to be able to build up reseNes to cover
three months operatlng costs.
Details of any deficit
The foundation has had no financial activity since inception.
Donated facilities and services
None to date.

Future plans
In 2024 the Foundation will develop a business plan to enable it to
commence activities towards the end of the year.
