Who Will Benefit: By the education of midwives to the purpose of compassion -Pregnant Women and Babies in Scotland. 4.3.   Mission: To support the education/research of midwives out with mandatory education in the specific area of compassion in the field of Midwifery , to ensure that women and their families receive compassionate person centred care and support. 4.4.   Outcomes: Completion of education by midwives and Maternity workers, focused on compassion in maternity care, leading to improved start to family life, by improving Maternity care through education and research in compassion. Outcomes will be positive holistic experiences of Maternity Care in Scotland. We will raise funds at least annually.
