It is set up with a Board of Directors and various sub committees which each run major events in the town such as Hogmanay, Christmas Lights and Torchlight Procession plus Thunder in the Glens (Grantown). It also includes the Grantown Business Association under its umbrella of activities. The GI owns, manages and operates the public toilets in the town for the benefit of residents and visitors.
