Our Trustees work with our volunteers and members to ensure that we meet all the aims and governance obligations of our charity. ## **Charity Trustees** Get in touch if you would like any further information about our trustees. We are open to inviting others onto our board with the skills and commitment to help us further our aims and values. We can provide information about what it means to be a trustee, what is required to become a trustee prior to moving forward. Training is provided for all trustees. **Volunteers:** We would like to thank our happy bunch of volunteers for the laughter and joy they bring to the garden. They make it a welcoming space, where folks can relax, chat enjoy the space, get involved in the activities, see what fruit and vegetables are available or just take time out to enjoy nature. We could not run the garden or provide the opportunities for the community without volunteers. We welcome enquires from anyone who is interested in joining us at the garden as a volunteer. Please get in touch to find out more. ## **Working with and in Partnership with others:** As the saying goes “No man is an Island” or maybe we should say “No one is an island”. We can get more done and feel part of something if we work together, with that in mind over the past year we have worked with our local schools, Hawkhill Community Centre. Tullibody Community Development Trust, TCV, CTSI, The Unpaid Work Squad, FEL, Stirling University, COOP, Doors Open Day, Clackmannanshire Council, Clacks Good Food, The Gate and the Lottery. With the help and support of all we have worked with over the past year, the following activities have been carried out: **CTSI -** supports the trustees and organisation with meeting our legal obligations with **OSCR - “** Scottish Charity Regulator” and to further our aims and priorities. With the support via **CTSI** , we received “Community Mental Health & Wellbeing” Funding. A great first step in tackling our ongoing flooding issues. New LeaselCouncil- We were delighted to hear that our landlords, Clacks Council, are going to secure our fvture at Carseview by offering us a 25-year lease. This is vital for applying for fijture funding. We also work with other departments in the Council such as th eir Unpaid work squad who continue to help with mowing and strimming. **TCV** continue their close links with us, their ‘Green Gym’ group coming regularly to carry out invaluable practical tasks on the garden and wildlife area. Using our Earth Action grant they helped plant pollinator friendly shrubs in the wildlife area. **Stirling University-** have put up pollinator meters in our wildflower and raised beds. Pollinating insects play a vital role in our environment, ensuring that many of our crops and wild plants can set seed and produce fruit. **Tullibody Community Development Trust -** by working together we have provided fruit and vegetables for their toddler groups and lunch club. With **CTSI** and **The Gate -** we again took part in **Challenge Poverty Week.** We were flattered to host a study visit organised by **Social Enterprise Scotland.** ## **Public Activities** **----- Start of picture text -----**

Hawkhill Community Centre- we take part in local events. we set up an information stall for "Tullibody Community Garden" and providing children activities Education-we continue to workwith our local schools and nurseries to gain opportunities to leam outside about nature and where food comes from. CO-OP- we are part of Co-op local community fund, and their members continue to support us.
