We provide volunteering opportunities that develop gardening, cooking, social and vocational skills.  Our volunteers come from all walks of life - all come to grow fresh produce in a climate-friendly way and to make affordable, local, garden grown fresh  fruit and vegetables available to our wider community. We have a kitchen portacabin on site and that makes us uniquely placed to make connections between growing and cooking - from 'fork to plate\u2019. We run gardening and cookery workshops and hold community open days where we provide all resources eg compost, seeds, ingredients, recipes. Many of the cookery sessions we run are \u2018cooking on a budget\u2019 or for total beginners.
