Our charity is set up to develop sustainability initiatives in our community, in and around the Hill and Crown areas of Inverness. This year's activities were: Community Cupboard and Fridge - we reduce waste and address food poverty by redistributing 'yellow' label food. Our volunteer team, including Duke of Edinburgh volunteers from Millburn Academy, ensures the cupboard is stocked and accessible every day of the year. Playstreets Volunteers completed LANTRA training to manage safe community street closures and held a number of successful closures, with more planned in the year ahead. Local Place Plan We progressed this by hosting a well-attended event and plan to further survey local residents Gritting Gang Volunteers ensured pavements were kept safe and grit bins topped up
