**What the charity does:** Through fun, friendship and adventure we empower girls aged 4 - 7 years to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community. We fire their imaginations through challenges and adventures following the Rainbow programme provided by the Guide Association.

**Objectives:** We have adopted the Girlguiding Royal Charter as the Unit's constitution. The aim of guiding is to promote the education of girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.
