Rossvale Community Football Club Achievements and Perforniance Achievements and Performance In the year to 31 Decemlw 2024, Rossvale Communty Football Club has On again grown and str9thened its idenbty and solidrfEd its posilion wrthin the Communty as a positive place to be. We have approximately 1200 participating rnember5. slightly up on the previous year, and we are ensuring the foundats'ons of the Club are strong. There are full player pathways from Tiny Tots through to both Women's and Men's senior teams. induding over 40's Women's walking football and over SO'S Men's walkirHJ football. We have experienced unprecedented growth in our girls and Woman's section and now have a senior Women's development team. We also have the Drop In School. where khds can come and play in a safe environment. The whole membership has fr access to physbotherapists who they can access for any injuries and pain to proteci them from further injury and to prevent later life pain. Ilve have a fantastic pool of volunteers who dgJicate thSelveS to delIlI¥j a top Servi frjr Charity. They go above and beyond and are recognised by the people they look after week in week out. We have ASN and Para football on the agenda to progress in 2025. vAth the Extra Time programme n9 proposed by the SFA as an inttsabve tw would like to see us deliver in the k)cal schools. Some projects planned for last year have tsken longer to come to frurtion due to identfying the corred candidates. bui what we are finding is the qualty of candHlates is at a higher staTrdard than we have had previously due to the wofile of the Charity. We have faced challenges out wtih our control due to the length of time PVGS have taken to progress through the system, however what has F)SFtÈve is that the rfftv volunteers have dlonStrated patience with the process. We have efvjaging ryth other local chantEs arMJ Counci15 to revrtalLse and fulty ublise facilrtEs that are availab to us. Tr only disappointment was the failure to be able to develop the site in Glasgow, but due to increasing costs, and the ability to souro the level of fijnding we had to step back from this. HtY4Yever Oth opportuniks are presenb.ng themselves as the Councils vw us as an asset to the Communty and the abilty to reduce L¥ime and vandalism. 2025 wll be another strong year for the Charty and we believe th* more of our volunteers will be recognised.
