The provision of alternative nature therapy.

Objectives: To provide relief to those suffering from ill health such as poor mental health and addiction issues, through the provision of alternative nature therapy. This includes organising overnight camping expeditions throughout Scotland – in “wild” and remote locations. Fire & Peace Recovery also offers a support network (for example, via social media) for those using the service: having the support of individuals in a similar situation is hugely beneficial to those in recovery. The advancement of education through the provision of guidance, support and awareness-raising activities for people affected by mental health or addiction issues, and those in a caring role.
