Financial review
Brief statement of the charty's policy
on resep4es
LKR aim lo maintain free reseNes in unrestricted funds at a level which
equates to approximatdy three months of unrestricted d)aritable
expenditure. The trustees conshler that this level will provide sufficient
funds to respond to the membership or to make applications for grants
and ensure that running and govemance costs are covered.
The trustees consider that a level of three months is sufficient to either find
further support or in the event of not being able to do so, to wind up the
dub arHI dL$[￿ of its assets. which will cover any outstanding debl at
this time.
The balance held as unrestn.cted fijnds at 31 December was £11,121.60,
all of which are regarded as free reserves. Actual three-month cash
payments totalled £2.206.65. The txrrent level of reserves is therefore
higher than is needed.
Details of any deficit
LKR has no OUtsL￿dIr￿j debts or has not had a deficit at any point during
this period.
Donated facilities and services (if any)
LKR has a t￿1¢Y to ￿s5 indiwduals and to offer supported activibes
where necessary to ensure that cost is not an undue barrier lo
parlicipation in the sport. There were no other applications for suppcrt.
