Achievements and performance See objectives and activities above. Financial review The charity is mindful of the fact that certain unavoidable, ongoing costs need to be prepared for. These include insurance (a large sum given that we are dealing with a listed building open to the public) and electricity costs, both standing and consumer costs. It is therefore our intention to keep a reserve to cover these items. The following tables show the various categories for income and expenditure and amounts. Future plans With the completion of the toilet and krtchen facilty it is possible to make the building more easily available for public use and we are hoping to encourage more outside use. A rolling programme of repairs and refurbishment is planned.
