**What the charity does:** GenPlus was set up to develop and roll out a transformational personal development and meta skills programme to help school children and teachers across Scotland develop leadership skills, increase their confidence and make better choices for a better future.  GenPlus believes that by equipping young people with leadership and meta skills, this will give them tools to succeed and make wise decisions and confidence to face any challenge.  GenPlus has developed an online resource that delivers structured programmes that equips teachers with the tools to embed skills development within the curriculum.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation&#x27;s purposes are: 4.1 To advance the education of young people through the provision of leadership skills. 4.2 To advance the education of young people through providing support and training to teachers and school leaders. 4.3 To advance the education of young people through connecting them to a support network of other young people.
