## **Note Concerning Accounts For Annual Return Ending Period November 2022** 

Further to our earlier conversation, I am writing to confirm that the charity has had no financial activity during this period. 

We failed to secure a premises and as a result the formal activity had not commenced. 

After a premises has been secured, donations to fund it will be invited and the activity will commence shortly thereafter.
