Once again thls has been an extremely challengini but Very rewarding year for our charily. Our main
challen8es remain the same.. fundin8 and recruiting volunteers to fill the role of adv¢Gate. Thi5 is not unique
to Include Me and many charitie5 acr055 Scotlènd are facin8 the same issues. This has noi phased our staff

a hlghty effectlve contribution to the charlty sector. achieving a Consistent first-¢la5S Standard of Citizen

As detailed In our report, our runnin8 Costs are covered by an annual 8rant from Fife Council. Uke many

As stated. our other maln challenge has been ￿ruiting volunteers for the role of advocate. Thls has been
a huge challenge slnce the COVID pandemic and finding volunteer5 appears to be an issue affectin8 the
charitable sector all over Scotland. We have used every tool at our disposal to promote the ex￿lIent work
we do, and through advertisin8 and networklng we contlnue to attract a constant trlckle of volunteers. We
regularly review our proce(lures and look to develop and implement new cost.effertive strategies to meet
thls head on. We have totally translormed our website. we advertise in k>cal publicatlons across Northeasi
Flle and on the internet, our staff regularly go to falls and to busy shoppln8 areas. but our best source to
flftd volunteers remalns word of mouth in the lo¢al communlty.
We wlll con¢lnue io meei the challen8es head on and will endea¥our to meet the demands thrust upon us.
