**What the charity does:** We support to those bereaved by suicide and to those who have or had suicidal thoughts by holding monthly group meetings across The Highlands, offer one to one support sessions and operate a 24/7 Helpline.

**Objectives:** To provide support to those bereaved by suicide and to those who have/had suicidal thoughts, and to relieve loneliness and isolation within the community. In furtherance of these objects, the SCIO will: provide a monthly 'safe place' meeting, provide regular table games evenings, provide regular breakfast clubs in various locations, provide one to one sessions to supplement existing resource, provide a 24/7 helpline for continuous support, provide a website and facebook page with support and help information across similar agencies.
