**What the charity does:** The charity is set up to provide space for craftspeople and artists to develop their practice, and to engage with sections of the community that struggle to access arts provision. The charity has been dormant but we intend to move towards accomplishing our charitable goals in the first place by applying for a grant to open our studio to sections of the local community that would benefit directly from arts practice provision.

**Objectives:** The organisation's purposes are:  4.1 For the public benefit, to advance the arts by establishing and growing a cross-disciplinary arts space in Edinburgh to provide workplaces for artists and craftspeople, and to run programmes of exhibitions and events exploring art, craft and design.   4.2 To advance education by facilitating regular ongoing classes and workshops for the development of individual capabilities, skills and understanding of art and craft among the general public, including wherever possible, but not exclusively for, those who are 'socially excluded', minorities, or vulnerable groups.   4.3 To advance community development by establishing and growing this stable space for meeting, learning and growth.
