**Objectives:** 1.1         The charitable purposes of the SCIO ('the Charitable Purposes') are:   1.1.1        to advance health by providing a therapeutic environment and rehabilitation to those suffering from the effects of trauma and PTSD, through exercise, nutrition awareness and social inclusion, strengthening the connection between mental and physical health.   1.1.2        provide and promote opportunities for physical activity, to help aid recovery and encourage individuals to move their lives forward in a positive direction.   1.1.3        promote the preservation of mental health through peer-support and the sharing of information and participation of activities that encourages good health and well-being, creating friendships through a shared experience designed around physical activity and positive competition.   1.1.4        provide advice and support around the importance of nutrition, sleep, hygiene and physical health.   1.1.5        provide the participants with stress and anxiety relieving techniques.
