has been properly maintained over the last 12 months and is in a good condition.
The building was given to the charity at nil cost and is therefore not included in the

The trustees carry out a regular revlew of the financial controls and policies
(including the safeguarding policy) in place for the safe running of the charity and
confirm they are sufficient.
Reserves Policy - the Trustees have agreed that the Charity should have a minimum
balance in it's bank account of at least 2 months of the annual budget. For 2025 this
amounts to about £8,000 and it is noted the balance is in excess of this.
During 2025 the following grants were paid to our mission partners (approved at the
church meeting in January 2023)
£600 - Will and Dorita Niven - Albania
£600 - Jared and Zoe Mays - Belfast
£600 - Ronald and Jackie Kogo - Kenya
All these partners matched the priorities for partnership outlined in the Church's
Mission Policy and the grants were for the benefit of the activities of the
organisations that they work with in proclaiming the gospel of Christ.
A copy of the independent examiners report islwill be attached to this report which
states there are no significant concems. The trustees of the charity will ensure
alllany recommendations will be reviewed and implemented.
Future Plans
The charlty will continue with all the activities as set out above and has no plans to
alter its objectives and aims. The trustees will be considering ways to increase the
activities of the church in the advancement of the Christian faith.

This will bring its challenges but it has been our experlence that when facing
challenges of all types we can trust in Almlghty God to provide for our needs as he
has promised to do. We have never been let down by Him and we go confldently into
the next year knowing that He will provlde for 811 our needs.
