**What the charity does:** Shining Stars ASN Theatre School is a theatre school for people with ASN. We offer workshops in drama, musica l theatre, sensory exploration and Makaton choir. We offer our workshops so people with ASN have somewhere to meet and be their with their peers.   We host a range of extra events for members to attend such as awards ceremonies, festivals and discos etc.

**Objectives:** 4.1 To advance the health, relieve the needs and provide facilities and activities with the object of improving conditions of life of children with additional support needs, and their families, in the central belt of Scotland. 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended 4.4 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage 4.5 In furtherance of these objectives, the organisation will provide a safe, managed and stimulating environment in which children and adults with additional support needs (ASN) can feel happy and secure, encourage the emotional, social, physical, creative and intellectual development of the children and adults, respect and promote the individual wishes of the parent/carers, children, staff and volunteers
