To whom it may concern, 

We contacted OSCR last year and explained our positon, it has taken us some time to set up a charity bank account. We have now been informed that our bank account is now up and running and ready to be used. This means we don’t have any accounts to record for this financial year. 

Last year we were advised by OSCR to submit a Trustees’ Annual Report which details who the Trustees of the charity are, an explanation of what the charity is set up to do and why activities have yet to commence.
