Objectives and activities
Our Charity Objectives for the period were as follows
- 4 The organisation's purposes are:
4.1 To Promote Inclusive Citizenship through activities provided for all in the local area
4.2 To ensure the impact of Covid-19 is reduced to those families and individuals we contact through promotion of various activities 4.3 To ensure Education and Lifelong Learning are a vital part of the organisation and promoting this and key opportunities are done so with inclusivity to all in mind
- 4.4 To ensure that everyone in the local area is treated equally and given fair opportunities in engaging with the charity
4.5 To provide activities, games and more to those who will benefit from this support which will promote equality in the local area.
4.6 To provide a voice and support network to those in the local area to come together and discuss struggles faced in the current climate.
5 The organisation has power to do anything which is calculated to further its purposes or is conducive or incidental to doing so. 6 No part of the income or property of the organisation may be paid or transferred (directly or indirectly) to the members - either in the course of the organisation's existence or on dissolution - except where this is done in direct furtherance of the organisation's charitable purposes.
Due to the nature of the pandemic it was extremely difficult to gain a bank account so we all focussed on other activities before getting this in June 2021. At this point we started to look again at activitiy parcels and fulfilled the final parts of the list of these. Positive feedback was received from these as part of a survey
money we undertook. The rest of activities were limited due to not being able to progress with bank account due to economy and bank focus of limited working
A large part ofg the work was completed with personal fundraising which was incurred and 212 packs for wellbeing given out in the community over 2020-21 pre having accounts openThis was done through personal fundraising and funds prior to charity.

The final 10 Boxes from the list were given out in December 2021 into January 2022
Money was given from Arnold Clark to be used by the charity in August 2021 and this paid for the remaining well being packs with money left over for charitable purposes.
There has been limited time for the charity due to personal work commitments and life being back to more normal.
Structure, governance and management
The Governing Document of Charity Constitution is followed by the Charity
Trustee recruitment and appointment
All 4 original trustees still present, All agreed to continue as per previous
No further recruitment has been necessary
Achievements and performance
The Charity gave out the final well being packs as part of our list and an estimate of 240 Packs overall were given out with future packs to be purchased whilst winding up the charity with the remainder of funds.
Volunteer Achievements
We have once volunteer who has been a fantastic part of meeting group and allowed the functionality of the charity and supporting development of packs.
