It has a single tier structure and as such the trustee5 are the member5 of the charity. Appoinlment of trustees Trustee5 are appointed at the AGM by the mernbers as per our governing document. Oblectlves and Actlvlties Charitable purposes The organi5ation's purposes are the advancement of the Christian rellgion through gathering5, preachSnE and making disciplès: the advancement of emotional, spiritual and relational heatth through pastoral care. social and cornmunfty acttvtties and training courses: and the advancement of cttizen5hip and community development through volunteer and leadership development. and engagement with communtty and social ju5t•ce i55ues. Throughout the week there 3re'Connect Groups,, which are blble study groups that are run onllne. There is also a weekly leadershlp team meeting that meets in person. We run seminars or weekends away to provlde pastoral care and lacilitsle splrftual growth. Achievements and Performancg In August 2024 the church re-located our Sunday worship premises to another premise. This allowed us to meet on Sunday mornlng5 whlch helped the church to grow. In October the church h05ted a conference for the flrst time. the Every Nation School of Prophecy, wlth over 60 delegate5 from around Euwope. The CDnference made budgeL The church ran a membershlp course In October 2024, wlth five people becoming mernbers. There was a second baptislm servlce in Novemebr 2024 wlth four people belng bapti5ed. The church contlnued to grow incrementally with new people beine added to the serving teams. FinBnclal Review At the Ènd of the flnanclal year the charlty had unrestricted funds of £18.656. Reserves policy It 15 the policy of the charity to malntain unrestricted funds, which are the free resorves of the charity at a level to provide 5ufflclent fund5 to cover managemen( administration, and Support costs. Restricted fund5 May only be used for specific purposes. Restriction5 ari5ed when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for Specific purposes. Trustee5 Remuneration and Bènefits Durlng the year one trustee receNed remuneration. The remuneration wa5 in accordance wlth the provisions set out in the charity's constitution covering such payments. This trustee. Euan Mccrirbdle, received £9,90012023: £6.OCHJI in his capactty as pastor. This remuneration ha5 been set by the trustees excluding Euan Mccrindle. The charity met individual expense5 incurred by three trustees for services provided to the charity during the year. The total of these expenses was £1,96612D23'. £5.1431 for travel. Related party transartions Payments were made in the year to Romona Mccrindle, the wife of Euan McCrSndle, trustee, for missionary work. The total amount paid was £14,60012023.. £6,000).
