The aims of Ladywell Baptist Church are, the making and maturing of disciples of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit to the glory of God. Which also includes, the advancement of education, along with the relief of poverty and other social needs, including the support of individuals and other charitable organisations and agencies involved in any or all of these, within the surrounding area of Ladywell and Livingston.

Objectives: a) The advancement of religion, and in particular the Christian faith, primarily in Livingston and also throughout Scotland and the rest of the World by all means consistent with: i) The teachings of the Christian Bible, including (without prejudice to the foregoing generality) worship, ministry, mission, witness, prayer, fellowship. and ii) The Declaration of Principle (Annex Part 1). b) The advancement of education. and c) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, including (without prejudice to the foregoing generality) community service and the provision of activities and facilities for the community, the relief of poverty and other social needs, including the support of individuals and other charitable organisations and agencies involved in any or all of these.
