Brief statement of the charity’s policy The policy allocates money from unrestricted fund balances, which afe not on reserves invested in fixed assets, to several purposes as follows: Continuity of income: To bridge any possible delays in receiving grants or other income. This has been defined as a minimum of a three months budgeted trading activity.

To be used to cover essential activities whilst sourcing income to a maximum of six months budgeted trading activity.
