'the advancement of public participation in sport'
Encourage and support people to participate in paddle sport at all levels, from beginners to competing internationally, all ages from 8 upwards. We are increasingly exploring how we can address barriers to participation and participation in paddle sport to support well being. We hold regular open nights to introduce people to the sport and the club, we run 4 and 6 week introductory courses as well as regular coached sessions in different disciplines and summer courses for children and young people. We have weekly teen well being sessions for young people who have experienced challenges with their mental health. We run courses to support members to become paddle sport coaches and instructors.
