The Annual General Meeting of Cupar YMCA – YWCA (SCIO) took place at Cupar YMCA – YWCA, on Thursday 4[th] December 2025 at 3.30pm

2. Report by the Chairman on the activities of the SCIO .
gave the following update - As you will be aware, we continue to have legal support from our lawyer who advises us on the various steps moving forward. At our AGM on 7[th] October 2025 we had the approval of those present of the resolutions regarding the original constitution and the clause relating to the dissolution of our organisation, and the agreement to become a SCIO.
3. Treasurer’s Report and consideration of the annual accounts of the SCIO.
There is no report to be given as their were no accounts for the SCIO.
4. Approval of annual accounts.
As there were no accounts for the SCIO, there were no figures to approve. Steps were underway to set up a new bank account in the name of Cupar YMCA-YWCA (SCIO).
5. Election/re-election of the charity trustees.
