**What the charity does:** The club provides our players with the opportunity to develop themselves through teaching the skills required to participate in sport, fitness awareness and behaviour conformance. We believe that being a member of our club not only improves their ability to play football but that interacting in a positive manner with peers enhances young people’s socials skills.  Training is offered at least once a week for all teams along with either competitive or challenge fixtures each weekend dependant on age.  All coaches are strongly encouraged to enlist in regular coach education courses be it refresher or progressive courses. All coaches are also encouraged to enlist in first aid training and governance workshops as and when appropriate. Having a PVG signatory within the club has simplified to process of ensuring safeguarding criteria are met.  This year we welcomed our new 2019 side into the fold.
