'the advancement of animal welfare'

Tahira Animal Welfare Foundation is set up to prevent and relieve the suffering of homeless, injured and abused animals in Pakistan, and to reduce the number of animals living and dying on the streets. We do this by operating a rescue helpline and response service in Faisalabad, providing veterinary assessment, emergency treatment, surgery, medicines and rehabilitation. Animals that cannot safely return to the streets are given long-term care and sanctuary. To tackle the root cause of suffering - overpopulation - we run Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) and anti-rabies vaccination campaigns, alongside humane community outreach and education to promote responsible care and compassion for animals, including working equines.

Objectives: 2. The associations objects are: (a) The advancement of animal welfare
