Beneficiaries: 'Other defined groups'

Objectives: To provide funding and support to Mulanje Mission Hospital, Malawi, in order to assist in its mission of serving children, families and elderly people suffering poverty, malnutrition and ill-health and giving hope by providing public health, primary care and hospital services, meeting urgent social care needs and building self-sufficient communities with sustainable livelihoods, through both practical and spiritual support. It is considered that these purposes satisfy the 2005 Act tests in respect of:- The prevention or relief of poverty (a), The advancement of health (d), The advancement of citizenship or community development (f), The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (n).
