**What the charity does:** The New Well SCIO (SC050173) serves the people living in the West Lothian and Falkirk Council areas. The aim of the charity is to enhance emotional, financial, social and spiritual wellbeing. Started by a handful of volunteers in Linlithgow in 2019, the organisation has grown to 40 volunteers and 6 part-time staff helping people to access mental health support and assistance to access work, education and positive relationships.

**Objectives:** 6.The charitable purpose of The New Well is the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in pursuance of which The New Well will be engaged in activities aimed at    6.1. The prevention or relief of poverty 6.2. The advancement of health.  6.3. The advancement of the Christian religion  6.4. The advancement of education
