Our purpose is to teach and share the message of the Holy Bible through helping people to 1) Find God, 2) Experience freedom from the bondage of sin, 3) To discover their purpose, 4) And help make a difference in their lives. We promote the Holy Bible as the infallible Word of God in line with the Scottish Reformation teaching. We facilitate opportunities for people to discover for themselves the presence of God through the activities that we do. These activities include extended worship every Sunday morning along with the preaching of God's word, the Holy Bible. We also provide activities for younger children with separate youth work during the week. Our weekly programme includes visits to the local Care Home as well as having home groups for our people. In addition the church has gatherings for the women on a weekly basis and a monthly get together for the men. The church also believe in the power of prayer and to that end holds intercessory prayer meetings every week.

Objectives: The charitable purpose of the organisation is the advancement of the Christian religion for the public benefit. The purpose for which the organisation is formed is to be the new legal form of the Scottish Charity currently operating and known as Livingston Assembly of God (SC006779) which exists to advance the Christian faith through the continuance of a body of believers founded on the practice of biblical principle which maintains that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the supreme authority and rule in matters of belief and life and which is engaged in serving God through worship, spiritual growth, pastoral care and outreach including the relief of sickness and hardship, the provision of counselling and support and the advancement of education.
