In September 2023. th£ Laich of Moray Trust ILoMll approathed the General Anderson Trust (GAT) with an offer to
transfer their assets to GAT. The LOMT had been operating for over 40 year5 and the a55et5 comprised I minibus and
funds.The TNstee5 carefullytonsldered thi5 offeras re5Klertts of Anderson's are ￿gUlar users of the bu5. Without atCÉS5
tr) thi5 faclltty, residents would not be able to enTr)y their vtslts to k)catiOns and venue5 around Moray whlch would have
had a ¢on51derable negatlve Impact on their athity chokes and their wellbelng. In addltion, as ￿ is an objectlve of GAT
to work with andlor support other OTKdnisations and chaiTties wlth slmilar objectives, trustees ntsted that organlsatlon5
supported by LOMT would also lose out If the resource was wthdrawn. Consequently, the GAT trustees unanlmously
voted to accept the offer from LOMT.

The financial staternents are prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard 102, as issued by the
Financial Reportin8 Council, the statement of Recommended Practice ISORPI "Accounting and Reporting by

The preparation of financial statements requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires
the trustees to exercise their judgement in the process of applying accounting policies. Use of available
information ènd application of judgement are inherent in the fom)ation of estimates.
Income
All income is recognised in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has ent￿tlement to the funds. it is
pfobable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
Expendf¢ure
Liabilitie5 are recogni5ed a5 expenditure as 500n as there 15 a legal or constructive obllgation committing the charity
to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount
of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure i5 accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified
under headings that aggregate all c05tS felated to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to
