## Organisation : Minerva Youth Theatre

Unfortunately, as previous stated in last year’s report, the committee decided that the organisation would cease to perform any more shows and would then be wound up. 

Absolutely no activity has taken place in the past year. 

The intention is for any remaining funds to be distributed to charitable causes and then this charity to be wound up. The full closure of the organisation should be completed in the current financial year (2025 to 2026)
