**What the charity does:** Nourish Support Centre exists to support families living with additional needs, as well as those experiencing hardship, isolation, or crisis. We provide practical, emotional, and wellbeing support through one-to-one help, group sessions, and accessible activities for carers, children, and young people. Our work includes crisis support, food and essentials, advocacy, inclusive wellbeing groups, and tailored programmes that reduce isolation and build resilience. We also deliver community events, volunteering opportunities, and safe, welcoming spaces that help families feel understood, connected, and supported.

**Objectives:** 4.1 The Club is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are: 4.1.1 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantaged by organising suitable social, educational, support and personal development activities for its members 4.1.2 the advancement of education by educating on issues facing children and adults with additional support and their families   4.1.3 providing and organising recreational facilities and activities within the operating area, with such facilities/activities being made available to members of the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life and providing opportunity through social interaction to reduce isolation and improve health and wellbeing
