All trustees were in attendance. ere elected as new tru51ee5 and subsequently dppointed as Setreiary, TrpasiJr¥i diid Ch3ir, respectively. Andy Cooper was appointed as the KCC representative in Ortober 2024. KHS has been approached to offer the role to new pupils for 202516. Despite standlng down as trustee on 2nd September 2023 existing trustees with handover and accessing the bank accuunt ontinued to support 2024 Fundlng Rounds There were only two funding rounds in 2024 due to technology issues which prevented the board from operatin8 between February and September 2024. A total of 16 applications were received over the two rounds, of which 13 were approved. as detailed in the tsble below.

At the end of 2024, there was. however, still a large amount of funds available as shown in the financial OveieW below.
