Dear Sirs, 

Please note that our charity had no meaningful activity and no financial activity at all, during the the year ending 31[st] August 2023. We now have a bank account and have been in discussions with our partners, Scotrail Trains Ltd and Scottish Rail Holdings Ltd, in relation to our role in Dumfries Railway Station. 

We are therefore unable to produce any charity accounts for the year 01.09.22 to 31.08.23. 

We hope this situation will change in the near future and we are in talks with the newly formed Dumfries Railway Museum, about partnering with them to enable its development.
