We run several food-based education and employment programmes supporting young people aged 11-25 to gain the confidence, skills and experience needed to thrive in learning and earning.   We are an SQA approved centre, and deliver accredited qualifications to support young people whose needs are not met by mainstream education to meet vocational and academic learning goals.   We run a successful catering social enterprise, employing and training young people to gain real-life experience, earn their own money and develop a long-term positive regard for work.  Young people's voices guide everything we do, from strategy to delivery. Almost half of our staff team is under 20, including several graduates of programmes. Young people train our staff, lead our kitchens and deliver our impact.
