The charity is a Scottish Charitable InGorporat@d Organisation (a SCIO). It was registered on 20th January 2020.

To improve the lives of patients in the ¢ommunlty withln NHS Tayside who have a Ilfe limltlng chronic or temilnal Illness,
To provide 8 fund for education. Iraining and quality Improvement projects that is accesslble to health care professlonals, who
can evldence that this will benefit patlents in the community within NHS Tayside.
To encourage NHS Tayside and the Scottish Government to provide excellent and holistic palliative care Se￿iCe5 and to
integrate exlsling services to benefit palients in the community in Tayside.
To improve the links belween hospital and Community palliative care services.
To ralse awareness of palliatlV8 care in the community with medlcal and nursing students In partnership wilh academlc
institutions and heallhcare professlonals within NHS Tayside.
To work towards NHS Tayside belng Consldered a ¢enlre for excellence In provlding palliative care In Ihe community.
Achlevements and perfomiance durlng the year
There were no charitable activlties during the year.

The truslees, policy is to relain three months worth of nomial running costs.

There were no transactions during Ihe year.

The independent examiner has acted on a volunlary basis and made no charge for their services.

Trustees, responsibilities
Legislation relating to charrlies in Scouand requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which
show a true and fair view of the stale of affairs of the charity at the balance sheet date 2nd of the surplLJS or deficit for that year
and which have b&en propedy prepared from the accounting records and comply with the relevant disclosure regulations. In
preparing those financial statements the Irustees are required to-.

I report on the acccunts of the tharity for Ihe year ended 31 st March 2025 which are set out on pages 5 - 8.

The charity's tnJste8s are responslble for Ihe preparatlon of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and
Trustee Investmenl (Scotland) 2005 Acl and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended).
The charity tTuslees consider that the audit requirement of Régulation 10(1> (d) of the Accounts Regulalions does not apply.
It is my responsibility to examine the account8 as required under sedion 44{1) (c) of the Act and to stale whéther particular
matters have ￿rne to my 81tention.
Basis of Indop•ndent Examlnerfs Statement
My examination is carried oul in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charllies Accounts (Scolland) Regulations 2006. An
examination includes a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wth
those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanations
from the trustees Concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required In an audll, and wnseouently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the a¢counts.

Which gives me reasonable cause to belleve Ihat in any material respect the requlremenls,
