I set up my intended charity EXCEL late 2019 to early 2020 in order to go into prisons and help inmates with life skills and transitioning back into society, through mentorship, training, music and more. 

Unfortunately, the timing of setting this all up coincided with the global pandemic of March 2020 and as a result we were unable to set up a bank account for the charity and unable to get into the prisons themselves. 

We have therefore not pursued the charity in anyway and there has been no outgoings or income of any kind nor are there any assets attached to the charity. 

We are looking into whether it is still feasible to go ahead, but it looks more likely that we will have to wind the charity down and if so could you please advise us how to go about this.
