APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the financial period The hard work put in lo engage with partners has now come to fruition and the resulting partnership wilh DYW Tayside and Fife is fvlly functional and allows the foundation lo commit substantial funding, on an annual basis. lo a partner whose objectives are wholly aligned with ours. We are now in the process of developing a meaningful feedback system which will allow us to see vthere the funds are being spent. which should help us lo target future spend and identfy potential corporate partners. Fundraising still occupies a large percentage of the members lime, our strategy is focused on a number of annual fundraising events, which continue to raise significant funds. The foundation is aware that fund raising can be developed further and di5CU55ions are now taking place around engaging with corporate partners who may be able to support the foundation.
