To benefit the community by setting up a radio station and proposed plan for a cinema in the centre of Crieff.

Objectives: 4. The Trust has been formed to benefit the community of Crieff, Strathearn and Strathallan, as defined by the postcode districts PH7, PH6 and PH5 (the Community), with the Purposes listed in the sub-clauses hereto (the Purposes), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). The Trusts main purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The Trusts purposes are:- 4.1 to provide (or advance the accessibility of) recreational facilities. and/or organise recreational activities, which shall be available to members of the Community and the public, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the Community. 4.2 to advance citizenship or community development, including rural or urban regeneration. 4.3 to advance the provision of educational and training opportunities in the Community, increasing awareness of the environment, culture, heritage and/or history. and 4.4 to advance the arts, heritage and culture
